Upload a property portfolio CSV. CLIMA enriches each record with PFAS risk scores, expected loss deltas, and CERCLA tier classifications. The enriched file can be downloaded and fed directly into ICE's pipeline.
Expected CSV Format
The input CSV should contain at minimum a property identifier and either an address or coordinates. Recognized columns:
property_id, address, city, state, zip, latitude, longitude, property_value, loan_balanceColumns not listed above are passed through unchanged. CLIMA appends three new columns: pfas_risk_score, expected_loss_delta_bps, and cercla_tier.
